My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The spacious rooms with a large TV and separate shower area were a plus, but the struggle to adjust room temperature above 23°C was a challenge. The service was engaging and helpful, making me feel special with thoughtful gestures like providing umbrellas. The location was excellent, close to parks, metro, and restaurants, although the lighting controls with remotes were inconvenient. The dining experience offered a fantastic selection of European and Korean dishes, even catering to non-Korean tastes, but the facilities could use some minor improvements.
